IGG, publisher of the popular mobile strategy game Lords Mobile, approached ÜberStrategist for a community event as part of their global third-anniversary celebration. The goal was to create a memorable, themed experience that would engage fans and strengthen the connection with its community.
Tasked with planning an event for over 100 fans and influencers, we faced the challenge of delivering a unique and immersive experience that embodied Lords Mobile’s vibrant energy and global appeal.
We brainstormed and pitched three creative activation concepts, with the client selecting an upscale nightclub in Downtown Los Angeles as the event’s location. Our team then transformed the venue with game-themed decorations, a 3D live GIF photo booth, an indoor archery range, party-game stations, branded catering, and specialty drinks.
To elevate the experience, we organized a live broadcast mini-tournament, brought in cosplayers dressed as Lords Mobile characters, and hired comedian Jeff Leach as MC. The evening culminated in a private concert by Herman Li of DragonForce, featuring the game’s soundtrack.

The live mini-tournament and social media incentives created buzz both at the event and online. Fully branded decor, themed activities, and attention to detail captured the spirit of Lords Mobile, creating a truly immersive experience for guests.
