Blade Runner RPG, Vaesen, and Ruins of Symbaroum Have Been Nominated Across Several Categories

Today, Free League Publishing is proud to share that it has received seven ENNIE Award nominations, making it tied for the most nominations for a single publisher this year. Blade Runner The Roleplaying Game, Vaesen – Nordic Horror Roleplaying, and Ruins of Symbaroum are all being celebrated by the tabletop gaming community. They have been nominated for the following awards:

ENNIE Award winners are determined by an open vote and will be announced at Gen Con on August 4, 2023.

The official Blade Runner The Roleplaying Game propels players into the streets of Los Angeles as Blade Runners with unique specialties, personalities – and memories. The RPG showcases the key themes of Blade Runner – science fiction action, corporate intrigue, existential character drama, and moral conflict.

After a record-breaking Kickstarter earlier that year, The Blade Runner RPG Core Rulebook and Starter Set were released in December 2022 by Free League Publishing in partnership with Alcon Entertainment. The game was shortlisted for the Origins Awards and the ENNIE Awards this year, and the Starter Set won both the Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice awards at the UK Games Expo.

The wondrous world of Symbaroum welcomes new adventurers with Ruins of Symbaroum, the 5E adaptation of the acclaimed dark fantasy game.

The forest of Davokar calls out to be explored, covering the remnants of an empire that fell into ruin long ago. Explore the vast forests in the hunt for treasure, lost wisdom, and fame. Visit the barbarian clans to trade or to plunder; establish your base of power among princes, guilds, or rebellious refugees in the capital; and survive encounters with trolls, dark-minded beasts, and undead warlords.
