Role Overview:
- Position: Influencer Marketing Coordinator
- Type: Part-Time Contractor (up to 20 hours/week) with the potential to transition to full-time based on client workload and performance.
- Location: Remote / Must be available to work standard business hours in Pacific, Central, or Eastern time zones.
- Compensation: $16-20/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram etc.) aligned with client goals.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify, vet, and maintain relationships with influencers that align with client brand values and target audiences.
- Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between influencers and the agency during campaigns, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of assets.
- Performance Tracking: Help track and report campaign performance using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Market Research: Stay updated on influencer trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social media tools to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely across the Client Services Team to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain campaign documentation and influencer databases and help develop SOPs related to the role as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally within an agency setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and switch client work seamlessly.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively relay strategic information to clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in navigating ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools in gaming
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
