Brand and Games At Pax East

Firestoke, a UK-based game developer, aimed to showcase four of their latest titles—Bish Bash Bots, Planet Cube: Edge, Falling Out, and Goons: Legends & Mayhem—at PAX East. With around 130,000 attendees each year, this was a critical opportunity to increase brand awareness and attract new fans.

However, with a fixed budget and limited time, Firestoke needed to create an engaging booth presence that would stand out at the event. They partnered with ÜberStrategist to craft a memorable experience and ensure their presence was impactful despite the constraints.

ÜberStrategist worked closely with Firestoke to ensure their vision was executed flawlessly. Despite budget limitations, we provided a range of creative options for space, layout, and branding.

Our team focused on maximizing impact by designing a 300-square-foot space that featured high-quality game art, a Firestoke-branded carpet, and the necessary tech for a smooth demo experience. We set up five single-player demo stations and a multiplayer lounge to engage attendees with Firestoke’s titles.

Every element—from the game displays to the overall branding—was chosen to leave a lasting impression and boost Firestoke’s presence at PAX East.

The collaboration resulted in an impressive exhibition space that attracted considerable attention from PAX East attendees. Firestoke's booth showcased their four key titles and created a welcoming environment where players could fully experience their games.
