Jagex, creators of the iconic RuneScape, sought to host a well-being lunch for clients and staff during Develop:Brighton, the premier event in the UK game development calendar. Success depended on securing the perfect location, so ÜberStrategist thoroughly researched venues and selected OhSo Social Bar & Restaurant, a picturesque spot on Brighton Beach within walking distance of the conference. This venue provided the peaceful setting Jagex wanted, with fresh air and stunning sea views.

We then managed every detail of the event, including canapes, a DJ, a full buffet of healthy food, and the distribution of the mental well-being book Safe in Our World. Our end-to-end event management allowed the Jagex team to focus on their guests rather than logistics, which created a flawless experience for attendees.
