UberStrategist’s goal was to design and manage tailored spaces within our larger B2B Pavilion to meet each client’s unique needs. By creating custom spaces, each client would benefit from the visibility of an independent booth while also taking advantage of the perks of our fully managed Pavilion.
To accommodate these clients, we dedicated 200 square meters of our 300-square-meter booth to fully customized spaces. Each area featured multiple rooms, independent entrances, private reception desks, full branding with in-game graphics, and all necessary technology and furniture.
Additionally, these clients benefited from the shared amenities of our larger B2B Pavilion, including a bilingual reception desk, a secure storage area, catered food and beverages, and invitations to exclusive networking mixers. Press appointment booking was also included, ensuring a full schedule of high-profile press meetings for the duration of the tradeshow.
